BREEAM Assessor / BREEAM Assistant – Leeds Office

To further expand our Group Sustainability Service  we are looking to recruit a BREEAM Assessor OR a BREEAM Assistant ( in house training will be provided to progress to a qualified Assessor level)

Based in our Leeds Office the position will require:-

BREEAM Assessor

Qualified BREEAM Assessor

3 years experience delivering BREEAM assessments (minimum)

Experience of BREEAM 2014 and 2018

Be able to prioritise your workload  and plan to deliver agreed objectives

Work as part of a team and manage your time effectively while working on multiple projects

Good understanding of Building Architecture and services

Excellent written and oral communication skills

You will be required to liaise closely with in house engineers and work to deliver to agreed time scales

Valid UK driving licence


BREEAM Assistant

Understanding of BREEAM and the Manual

Some experience in assessing and recording BREEAM evidence

Some experience of assisting in the delivery of an Assessment

Desire to progress to BREEAM Assessor – in house training will be provided.

You will be able to manage your time effectively and work on multiple projects

General understanding of Building Architecture and services

Good written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team

Valid UK driving licence
