Best in Class

The teaching spaces were provided with low energy natural ventilation heat recovery systems and along with increased building fabric performance meant the school met stringent EFA design requirements.

The heating system was provided via high efficiency gas fired boilers and a mixture of underfloor heating and radiators.

Low energy suspended LED raft luminaires were used to ensure noise levels were in accordance with BB93 and absence detection was incorporated to ensure the lighting was only energised when required.
