Due to expansion of the client’s operational team, 5 out of the 8 floors of the existing office building were fully upgraded and reconfigured with bespoke services to meet the high intensity provisions required by the operational team.

Upgrade to all power, security, fire detection and protection systems, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and ICT services were developed along with strategic secondary and tertiary power backup systems.

In addition to office space, the reception, restaurant, service areas and all conferencing facilities were upgraded and underwent a full CAT B fit out to meet the specific client requirements.

The design was configured under a phased approach to accommodate the continued operation of the existing building.
