The project comprises a multi-site regeneration project in the heart of Daventry town centre.

Mulberry Place will provide approximately 58,000 sq ft of new flexible High Street retail / leisure accommodation, an 80,000 sq ft food store, a 6 screen cinema and 40,000 sq ft of bulky good provision supported by 290 dedicated surface / undercroft car parking spaces.

Mulberry Place will provide Daventry with a new vibrant and exciting retail and leisure core that forms a natural extension to the existing shopping facilities within the town centre.

The development has been designed to complement the existing town facilities and will act as catalyst for the continuing future development of Daventry.
