The new 3 story entrance building ‘state of the art’ Library, atrium, office along with a newly refurbished Arts and Science block.
Anderson Green were responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical Design, producing the Part L compliance calculations, thermal model and level 5 energy performance certification.
The new Library centre utilises natural ventilation system interfaced with window master controller.
On completion of the mechanical & electrical design Anderson Green undertook the spatial co-ordination to ensure the disciplines were installed with the minimum of problems.

The construction programme will continue in a series of phases over the next two years, and the project is part of Newman’s overall commitment to integrating into the local community in Bartley Green whilst providing excellent facilities for students.
