A new two storey training facility that consists of, a ground floor players dinning/lounge served by a full kitchen, media/conference room and changing facilities with showers, hydro treatment and ice baths.
On the first floor a cardio gymnasium with exercise equipment and a free weights area, physiotherapy treatment rooms and ancillary office accommodation.
The new training facility was constructed on the existing Nottingham Forest Training Ground without impacting on the operation or use of the overall facility.

Providing the modern training and treatment facility the new building contained a media room complete with Audio Visual equipment which can be utilised by both the media and the Club for player training /coaching purposes.
To maximise the energy saving offered by daylight the lighting in the social spaces is controlled by automatic daylight sensors. The changing rooms and showers and other areas with reduced daylight high efficiency luminaires have been used.
Heat recovery ventilation units are installed throughout and the also installed is a rain water harvesting system.
