Comprising of a 3 storey 10,000 m2 school encompassing resistant material rooms, science labs, information technology, food technology, lecture / drama and sports departments.
Anderson Green was responsible for producing the Part L compliance calculations along with the thermal model and the Level 5 Energy Performance Certification.
The school mainly utilises a natural ventilation system and automatic lighting controls that minimises energy consumption.
On completion of the mechanical & electrical design Anderson Green undertook the spatial co-ordination to ensure the disciplines were installed with the minimum of problems.
