The New Dental Medical Centre at RAF Croughton, is a replacement facility for the United States Air Force. The new centre included office areas, treatment rooms, a dispensing pharmacy, laboratories and entrance atrium.
Anderson Green were engaged to provide Electrical and Mechanical estimating services, as part of a design and build team. To enable a successful bid.
Design services included a full Part L assessment, compliance certificate, thermal model and level 5 certificate.
Fully co-ordinated electrical and mechanical installation drawings were produced and delivered to BIM level 2 (aspirational). Achieving compliance with both American and British standards.
Low carbon and renewable technologies were incorporated into the design including LED lighting, photovoltaics and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP).
Anderson Green are appointed as the DREAM Assessor to lead and assist the project team with the delivery of the DREAM Assessment. Our role includes leading DREAM workshops, providing technical advice and the collation of evidence. A DREAM rating of Excellent (>70%) is required at Survey, Design, Construction and Operation Stage. This has successfully been achieved at the Survey and Design Stages and with the current predicted score of 74% will be achieved at the Construction and Operation Stage also.
