Synopsis
The project involved the addition of a 2,500m² Junior Academy and the development of a new Construction facility and a new exam hall to the existing Thomas Deacon site.
Old buildings on site were demolished and new dedicated services were constructed to provide for the development. A Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) was also incorporated with pitch lighting to Sport England standard.

Anderson Green were responsible for the detailed 3D design and co-ordination including the provision of Part L compliance calculations, thermal model and daylight assessment.

The building incorporates PV technologies and the M&E design makes use of the clerestory architectural detail for lighting and ventilation.
