Canadian Pacific office building in Trafalgar Square posed an extremely challenging conversion of an office facility to form five luxury apartments in the heart of London, providing future occupants stunning views across Trafalgar Square onto the National Gallery.

The project called for each apartment to be fitted with independent mechanical and electrical services.

The mechanical installations comprise: gas fired LTHW heating via underfloor installation, gas fired hot water generation, mechanical supply and extract ventilation, comfort cooling and automatic controls.

The electrical installations inlcude small power, fire detection and alarm, home entertainment installation, data and security, extensive LED lighting installations to provide feature and functional illumination. The Landlord’s installations include circulation space lighting and power, smoke ventilation and fire fighting facilities.
