All reports are carried out by a fully Accredited inspector ensuring that your report will be thorough and detailed and in most cases pay for its self in a very short time by reducing your fuel bill and also your carbon emissions.
Compliance with Air Conditioning Inspection legislation offers the opportunity to undertake a Compliance PLUS invasive survey identifying, measuring and quantifying energy savings of the complete heating ventilation and air conditioning system.
Mandatory periodic inspections are now required for all air conditioning systems with a rated cooling output of 12kW or greater. This includes the combined output of multiple units in a single building.
For air conditioning system rated at a output greater than 250 kW, you must have had your first inspection by 4th January 2009. If your air conditioning system has a rated output greater than 12kW, but less than 250kW you must have had your first inspection by 4th January 2011. Following this, inspections will be required every 5 years. This is now Legislation.
For new systems installed on or after 1 January 2008, the first inspection must have taken place within 5 years of the installation date.
