Anderson Green are one of the largest privately-owned consultancies in the UK, employing over 90 members of staff across the UK.
Investment in both the latest design and CAD software and in staff development are fundamental to our business. We embrace information delivery and co-ordination techniques such as BIM and use the latest design software packages, including Autodesk, Revit MEP, IES VE and HevaComp. Staff at all levels are supported with academic, industry and legislative training so that they are provided with the knowledge and tools required to deliver a market-leading service.
We pride ourselves on the level of “buildability” and co-ordination understanding and input required for all projects, which we promote from inception across all projects we are involved in.
One of our differentiated services is M&E cost consultancy. With our in-house experts and extensive costs database, we can assist in evaluating projects from the earliest stage by offering cost plan assessments through to full pre-tender estimates and construction stage valuation and variation reviews. Our understanding of cost and design provides added value to the services we offer and enables us to track project “design to cost” scenarios and raise early warnings on any cost risks borne by developments in the design process or client brief.
In support of the UK Armed Forces and our own Defence Division, we are current holders of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, which was given in acknowledgement of our teams’ efforts in providing services and backing to serving members, reservist and retired members of the Armed Forces. Furthermore, we are currently working towards achieving the Gold Standard through our continued involvement with the UK Armed Forces.
