 We are able to undertake robust condition and compliance assessments on existing buildings or estates, which will then support the development of option analysis and the complete feasibility assessment.

 Utility Infrastructure Appraisals are provided in support of many feasibility assessments. Our services include excising services reviews, benchmark load assessments, diversion and upgrade assessments, preparation of initial utility services investigation enquiries through to full quotation application submissions and utility company liaison to obtain full quotations.
