We have a dedicated and experienced team of BREEAM Assessors who can offer the full range of standard and bespoke assessments.

Our team are also able to offer enhanced BREEAM-related services, such as Accredited Professional role and BREEAM In-Use assessments.

We deliver strategic and technical support for all project types as well as wider policy implementation from inception through to post-occupancy evaluations.

Our team are experienced and understand the application of other accreditation schemes such as DREAM, WELL, and Passivhaus.

In December 2021, we were formally accredited as a registered organisation for WELL assessments and Non-Domestic Passive House projects.

As of late 2023, we now also offer services associated with BREEAM Infrastructure Projects (formerly CEEQUAL). This international scheme describes a sustainability performance standard against which civil engineering, infrastructure, landscaping, and public realm projects in the UK and Ireland can be assessed for a BREEAM Infrastructure rating.
