We have extensive experience in delivering volumetric modular-based accommodation projects, such as worker accommodation units for EDF at Hinkley Point C, and private apartments across the country.

We have also had experience converting existing buildings into a variety of accommodation types, examples of which include: “Trafalgar One, London”, the first ever high-end residential apartment building in Trafalgar Square; turning city centre offices into student residences; and converting old mill buildings into private apartments.

Lastly, we have recently developed new generation, net zero housing designs for one of our long-standing clients, as part of a national programme.
