🚀 Leadership in Action with East Midlands UOTC! 🚀
East Midlands Universities Officer Training Corps conducted Exercise Executive Leader 25, a basic one-day leadership development event, delivered by the Army, on Wednesday 05 March 2025 at Chetwynd Barracks, Nottingham with attendees trawled from a broad spectrum of commercial, industrial and service sector backgrounds within the East Midlands. The aim of the event was to introduce delegates to the way the Army teaches, practices and develops Leadership with a focus on both theory and the practical application of leadership skills.
Anderson Green Ltd enlisted a full complement of their Senior Leadership Team for the day undertaking both theory and practical Leadership understanding and its comparisons to the Military and Industry and were ably supported by Anderson Greens’ very own Army Reservists on the day. The Team thoroughly enjoyed the practical Command Tasks and the whole day throughout to which another perspective of Leadership was gained.
A massive thanks to the East Midlands Universities Officer Training Corps who provided this free Leadership event with their real-life scenarios and expertise on Military leadership and their encouragement throughout the day to all attendees. This is an often-over-subscribed event, one to which Anderson Green were extremely grateful for the places they were gifted; a brilliant day out the Office. For those companies considering this in the future; this is a must attend event to enhance workplace cohesions with a different perspective on Leadership.
